Kristi Boosman Hedges is a communication, facilitation, and outreach professional with 25 years of experience inspiring positive change. Her motto is "Impact Through Outreach." Her specialty is building successful partnerships and high-functioning teams through a combination of leadership, vision, positivity, and trust. She's worked for Public Television, the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, Stanford University, and the Alzheimer's Association among others.

Kristi is a PNW native and loves living in Bellingham where she enjoys hiking, biking, jogging, pickleball, standup paddle boarding, friends, family, laughter, music, and being in the mountains or on the water. She volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children (CASA) and leads a child sponsorship project in Chitul Guatemala with her local church (FPC). She enjoys using her skills to make a difference in the world.
